Guys, I highly doubt that this means no more Jonas Brothers. Nick would never do that to the band. He's probably working on solo stuff, because let's face it, Jonas Brothers won't be around for FOREVER. Maybe a while, but if music is something he always wants in his life then going solo could be the right thing for him! And who knows, maybe it will only be one thing. Nick going solo will be AMAZING, but there's no way he alone could replace the whole entire band. So just be happy for him. He's not trying to take anything away from what him and his brothers have :)

The name does sound like a play on his nickname, but it also reminds me of Elvis Costello and The Attractions... I assume he is basing that name on his idol's band..

haha seriously people are being overly dramatic and crying over it and stuff. ajaj im like one of the biggest fan you will ever find, in school they call me JONAS GIRL,if all of you guys were ral fans then you would know that nick has been wanting to do a Solo album for quite awhile now.it doesnt mean there breaking up, and besides Kevins getting married so who knows what is gonna happen, and joe. well joe is trying to settle down too. all of you need ti calm down.

If he did make a solo albulm, I'd still buy it, however, as I love all of the songs he has written so far. (and I'm an adult......for those who say adults don't like the Jonas brothers music!!!!)

The Jonas Brothers aren't breaking up. They confirmed that Nick's album is a side project only and JB would still stay together for as long as they could.

:) Just a quick clearification to make sure that everyone understands this:

Nick's not "going solo." He's just working on a SIDE PROJECT... He's still continuing to make music with his brothers, Kevin and Joe, so he's still a part of the Jonas Brothers. It seems that a lot of people are getting confused about this, and thinking that he's really going solo.. if that was really the case he would be "leaving the Jonas Brothers," but he's not.. like I said, it's just a side project that he's working on and he's still in Jonas Brothers.

Firstly, that picture is HOT! I can't help but notice how his curly hair falls over his left eyebrow and the way his shirt lies on those sexy abs and the shade of jeans which suit him. *sigh*

Secondly, it's impossible for them to break up. People will be burning fires and holding strikes and petitions if they did that. So yeah, they'll be there, along with his band.

I'm excited about it. I'm very interested to see how he sounds on his own. I think its so cool that he has a cute little side project.

As far as thinking about how it would sound I hope not too much like his idols because I don't really like Johnny Cash or Elvis Costello and if he does that kind of music i would be kind of disappointed. I'm not expecting the same exact poppy type music as the Jonas Brothers but something similar.
