Nick Jonas going solo?

I love Nick and think he has an amazing voice but I really don't want him to do a solo project. Idk why it just worries me haha..I will definitely buy his album but it won't be the same! JonasForever<3

I dont think its going to happen (at least not anytime soon). I remember when rumors came out saying that he's going solo earlier in the year and JB only denied it and said that they love what they're doing and will continue to do it together. Maybe it will happen but I doubt next year. Then again i could be wrong.

I agree with the first two comments..I don't know if I believe it because there were rumors about this earlier, but if it is really true then it will worry me haha..I dont know, I just think they should all perform together..I mean i know that they dont have to stay together as a band, but I think it would cause problems with everything..I don't know hahaa.

This happened last year and it was all fake cause they posted all the rumors and said it was fake on jonasbrothers.com so i think its another rumer

i think everyone is afraid that if nick does solo work, the jonas brothers will break up, which NO ONE wants! i personally would love to see what nick can do on his own as long as its not at the cost of the group. i LOVE the jonas brothers music lol but im sure his work will be amazing if this is true.

I think that Joe wants to get more into acting. Kevin will be busy settling in with Danielle. I can understand Nick wanting to do a solo project. Originally, that's what the deal was anyways. I heard an interview where Joe mentioned that Nick wants to do more musically. I'll support Nick (and Joe and Kevin) in whatever they choose to do!

I dont think Nick should go solo. I know it wont make the Jonas Brothers break up or anything like that, but I feel sorry for Joe. Joe used to be the main singer in JB and Nick was backup now Nick is doing most of the singing in regular JB songs and Joe only joins in the chorus and stands around the rest of the time, still having fun though. But if you know what I mean, Nick is taking over the spotlight. I know he's getting older and his voice is maturing and improving but I dont think a solo project will be a good idea because it would put him under more pressure than he already is with the JB songs. I just dont want him to be the 'main' man of JB as they're all equal and doing a solo project will just make him higher than his brothers even more. I dont know if anyone agrees with me, but thats just my opinion.

Don't understand why rumors will start spreading unless or until the JB themselves confirm that something is true. Rumors are rumors.

I don't see why, if this did happen, it would be any great shock. This is an extremely talented young man who has music in his soul. They have said in interviews that any one of them might do side projects in the future, but thats all it would be is a side project. As I have always said, the world has not begun to see all that these 3 young men have to offer. We are Jonas fans, and I would think that includes support of anything that brings them joy to share their gifts.

Who cares?! If he wants to do a fukking solo project then let him. It doesn't matter cuz the band is going to split up soon anyways. U can't expect them to stay together forever. They need to move on.

Nick Jonas is an excellent song writer and musician its just that his voice can get very annoying after a while. he should focus more on the "behind the scenes" stuff like producing music (have you seen BOUNCE hahah) i dont think i would be able to listen to a whole album of just nick. an ep maybe but not a whole album. he should produce a solo album for joe. thats what they should do. just drop kevin.

I hope Nick at least makes a solo album... I have been waiting to hear from just him for YEARS!! He knows what to do. He's seventeen and is almost an adult and is old enough to make his own choices. Us fans don't need to tell him what to do and what ever he chooses, we should be happy for him, and not turn against him. Just because he chose what we didn't want doesn't mean that we should stop doing what we do and stop loving them. I personally would like to see Nick go solo. He has a beautiful voice and a great talent at writing song. God put him into this world for a purpose, and I think Nick is doing what God is telling him to do. You saw what everyone's reaction was when he got diabetes, it wasn't a punishment. It was to make him stronger. Nick writes beautiful Christian songs, and he should keep it up. If going solo helps, then he should do it. :) ♥☺

I'm not trying to be rude, but how do you know it's only gossip? I get your point and I totally agree that this would be terrible if they DID break up, but I think it's fair to speculate....don't you agree?

I Personally think Nick should wait until his voice gets deeper so adults and guys can enjoy his music. I don't think adults wanna listen to a squeaky 17 year old. They might get annoyed... lol.

wowow i cant believe wat im reading or hearing about nick. for one yes i believe nick wont go on his own because all three of them are like white on fice they stick together no matter wat, plus wat would happen to there show if they broke up. 2 just because kevins getting married and that nicks been singing a lot lately doesnt mean nuthin all joe is doing is giving nick some more soptlight time. i think it would be great for him. that doesnt mean that JB is out of the picture. he can still be in the Jonas Brothers band and have his own cd comming out. take rob thomas for example. he is the lead singer of matchbox 20 but he puts out his own cds. he still goes on tour with matchbox 20 but during the tour he sings song off of his cd in the band's concert. there is no reason to freak out. what ever happens it will be okay. if nick dicides to put out a solo cd, that doesnt mean that JB is done for. nicholas is very talented and can work both out. plus, we arnt even sure he is going to go solo, he might not yet. when the day comes when they go there seperate ways, we will all be sad but we will understand that it is for the best. they arnt breaking up, nick is just deciding whether or not he wants to do something on his own.

i would pay sooo much money to see him in concert (on his solo). i want to see what t would be like without Joe and Kevin on stage with him. that would be awesome. i've been to 3 JB concerts, and i reaaaally want to see Nick solo.

BUT in the small off-chance that it is, I think it's great.
Kevin will be married, and I think he probably wants to settle in a little before more touring, Nick can go into some solo music, and Joe has expressed an interest in acting.
Nick is a talented guy who started out solo, so why would this be bad?

I don't think it'll break them up, they probably thought about this when Kevin proposed because of the obvious changes in life when you get married.

He is just screwing up the band by going solo. I don't think he will get very far without Kevin and Joe to be honest. I am sure that he would be amazing and all, but seriously? Going solo? Considering "The Jonas Brothers" as side projects? That is not how it should be at all. These boys are changing so much over the years. I miss them from 2006 when I liked them because they didn't let the fame get to them half as much as they do now.They were always so cool and now..they are so different. It makes me sad that we are losing them. Where are the fun loving and kind Jonas Brothers who never cared about what anyone thought? Those were the boys I listened to. Those were the boys that I loved.
