A judge said that he will not reduce the bond of Miley's stalker because he says he is "a danger" to society.
The judge told the court, "I can't deny him bond, but if I could I would because I do feel he's a danger."
He then refused to lower his bond and decided there was enough evidence for the case to go to Chatham County State Court, Georgia.
I think they should send this guy to jail where he belongs.
