last year was the year of jonas, and this year has been the year of swift.

I definetely think that last year was a better year for the JBs,I mean,the 3D movie wasn't a big hit,Lines Vines & Trying Times only sold 250,000 while A Little Bit Longer sold million,they didn't win any important awards this year,dont get me wrong,but I think their fame is kinda cooling down,don't you think?It wasn't the best year for the guys plus,I think that they're just fading away,right?

Really, their new album was not good. The ONLY good song was Before the Storm. You can't win music awards cuz your cute. I like JB and was disappointed with their last album. They knew they needed Miley again to boost up their popularity again. They are fading, musically, but they still got their cutness!

Ive never heard of them,but Jonas Brothers deserve it their 100x better even tought i havent heard tokio hotel & i probably never will!
But even tough JB didnt win i still love em & hope next year is better for them becuz no matter what happens i will always bee a fan,my dream is to meet them one day!

tokio hotel didnt win just because they are from germany... and they also didnt win best new comer last year at the vma's, because they are from germany... they won because they have loyal dedicated fans all over the world, and of course JB fans are also VERY dedicated but in my point of view tokio hotel deserve that award ^^ dont wanna offend no JB fan... i bet they will get nominated for some other awards...

hey i'm from germany and i hate tokio hotel. and in my school there's NOBODY who likes them(and if they like them, they don't tell because they would feel embarrasing). most of their fans are stupid girls. believe me. i'm not saying this because i'm a hater. just believe me. even the most people think that bill (lead singer) is a girl :D. no, i don't like them. i mean some songs are good. but only SOME. and the jonas brothers ROCK and they are so HOT but they aren't as famous as in the USA. and EMA means europe, not only germany. so not only germany voted for the EMAs.
if there's a new EP to buy in the USA, in germany you maybe could buy after 3 months. do you understand what i mean? i bought
the demi lovato EP "don't forget" on the first day it arrived in stores and it was i think a half year after arriving in american stores. so maybe i think this could be a reason for jonas brothers not being really famous in germany.

Tokio Hotel didn't win because they are from Germany, each country in Europe could vote. And they also won an ema, and that has nothing to do with Germany, so what you're saying doesn't make sense.

stop blaming tokio hotel just because they're from germany and it's europe.
they won other stuff that was not meant for europeans.
